James Griffith prepared a thorough, transparent estimate that outlined every step of the process and all replacement items. Communication throughout the project was excellent they clearly explained the plan and followed through exactly as promised. The team removed all shingles down to the deck, performed a full decking inspection to identify any damaged areas, and ensured everything was up to code. They installed proper ventilation, synthetic felt, and a Class 4 asphalt shingle system. Cleanup was impressive they even ran a nail rake across the yard to make sure nothing was left behind. Hands down the best roofing company I've ever had to deal with! Clean, efficient, and courteous! Had soffit and fascia replaced on the our house on the south side of town. We live in front of a school which gets busy traffic at times. That didn't stop James or Mauricio from accomplishing a job well done! Definitely will recommend this company to anyone who asks!
