COLORDO SPRINGS, EXPERT ROOFING CONTRACTOR

Storm Tested For Hail Alley

Weekly Sales Report

Active Lead Pipeline Status

There were no significant changes in the current prospect pipeline this week. Existing opportunities remain in their current stages, and I will continue appropriate follow-up while focusing additional energy on creating new opportunities.

Prospecting Activity

  • Cold Calls: 23

  • Door Knocks: 15

  • Inspections Completed: 0

  • Door Hangers: Focused on distributing door hangers throughout Dan's neighborhood following the successful completion of his project.

This week, prospecting was heavily focused on Dan's neighborhood. With his project successfully completed, I saw an opportunity to capitalize on the visibility of the completed roof and use the neighborhood as a targeted area for additional outreach.

The goal was to put our company directly in front of homeowners in an area where we have already completed a successful project and can point to a satisfied customer and finished work as a local example.

Dan's Project

Dan's installation was a success, and he was very happy with the outcome of the project. This was a great opportunity to not only complete the project successfully but also strengthen the relationship with the customer and create potential opportunities for future referrals.

A satisfied customer can be one of the strongest forms of local marketing, particularly when combined with direct neighborhood outreach. Following the installation, I focused on distributing door hangers throughout Dan's neighborhood to increase awareness and create opportunities with nearby homeowners.

I will continue looking for opportunities to leverage completed projects as a way to generate additional business in the surrounding area.

Realtor Outreach

I also revisited several Realtors this week with the goal of continuing to build relationships and remain visible.

As we have discussed, developing Realtor relationships is a long-term process. Many Realtors already have established roofing companies they work with, so the objective is not necessarily to secure an immediate referral. Instead, I am focusing on consistently showing up, developing familiarity, and building enough trust that we are considered when a new opportunity eventually comes up.

Continued follow-up with Realtors will remain part of my prospecting strategy.

Current Prospect Pipeline

There were no significant changes with the current prospects this week.

While there were no new movements to report, I do not view this as a reason to stop following up. Some opportunities require multiple touchpoints before a customer is ready to make a decision. I will continue monitoring the existing pipeline and following up appropriately while putting additional emphasis on generating new opportunities.

What Worked This Week

  • Successfully completed Dan's roofing installation.

  • Dan was very happy with the final outcome.

  • Used the completed project as an opportunity to prospect within Dan's neighborhood.

  • Distributed door hangers to increase local visibility.

  • Completed 23 cold calls and 15 door knocks.

  • Continued revisiting Realtors and developing relationships.

  • Maintained consistent prospecting activity despite limited movement within the existing pipeline.

  • Continued focusing on relationship-building rather than expecting immediate results from every contact.

What Didn't Work

  • There was no significant movement with the current prospects this week.

  • Realtor outreach continues to require patience because most Realtors already have established roofing relationships.

  • Prospecting did not immediately produce new inspections or closed opportunities.

However, these results reinforce the importance of maintaining consistent activity. The goal is to continue creating enough conversations and relationships that opportunities develop over time rather than relying solely on the current pipeline.

Lessons Learned

One of the biggest takeaways this week was the value of leveraging successful projects for additional local prospecting.

Dan's successful installation provided an opportunity to immediately focus marketing efforts in the surrounding neighborhood. Rather than treating the completion of a project as the end of the sales process, I want to continue looking at completed projects as potential starting points for additional conversations and referrals.

I am also continuing to learn that Realtor relationships require consistency. Revisiting the same contacts and remaining visible is important because a relationship may not produce an opportunity immediately, but continued interaction can increase the likelihood that we are considered when the right situation eventually comes up.

Areas for Improvement

  • Continue increasing daily prospecting activity.

  • Continue targeting neighborhoods surrounding completed projects.

  • Follow up consistently with existing prospects.

  • Continue developing Realtor relationships through repeated contact.

  • Look for opportunities to generate referrals from satisfied customers.

  • Continue using door hangers and other localized marketing efforts strategically.

  • Focus on creating new opportunities rather than relying solely on the existing pipeline.

  • Continue keeping Leap updated after meaningful customer interactions.

Overall Weekly Focus

This week was centered around successfully completing Dan's project, generating neighborhood awareness, and continuing to build long-term referral relationships.

Dan's installation was a positive outcome, and his satisfaction with the finished project gives us a strong local success story to build upon. I focused my prospecting efforts in his neighborhood by distributing door hangers and creating additional awareness around our work.

I also continued reaching out to Realtors and revisiting existing contacts. While these relationships are taking time to develop, I believe consistent follow-up and staying visible are important to eventually becoming a trusted roofing resource.

There was no significant change in the existing prospect pipeline this week, so my focus going forward will remain on creating new opportunities, continuing to nurture existing relationships, leveraging successful projects for neighborhood prospecting, and consistently building the pipeline.
